About the Speaker.

David Ripplinger is an Associate Professor, Extension Bioproducts, and Bioenergy Economist with North Dakota State University (NDSU). Ripplinger received his B.S. in Agricultural Economics from NDSU, his M.S. in Agricultural Economics from Iowa State University, and his Ph.D. in Transportation and Logistics from NDSU. Some of his professional interests include bioenergy and bioproducts, marketing, economics, oil, gas, coal, renewable fuels, policy, ag technology, and livestock feed. His crop expertise specializes around corn, soybean, wheat, industrial hemp, carinata, beet, and canola, to name a few.
