Nutrition and Product Applications

Thunyaporn Naggie Jeradechachai, (left), NCI Crop Quality Specialist, presented on Pulse Nutrition and Product Applications for the U.S. Dry Bean Council at the Bean Congress in Los Cabos, Mexico February 7-9.  Pulse importers from throughout Latin America attended the meeting.  Jeradechachai is pictured here with Jeane Whaton, (right), Executive Director of the U.S. Dry Bean Council.
