Dave Green | Executive Vice President of the Wheat Quality Council

About the Speaker.

Dave is currently the Executive Vice President of the Wheat Quality Council. He was previously employed by ADM Milling for 30 years as Director of Quality Control and Laboratory services. Dave began as a flour mill chemist and has held positions as a miller, crop scout and central lab manager. A native of Akron, Ohio, Dave earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the Ohio State University. He has been active in the Wheat Foods Council, American Association of Cereal Chemists and American Society of Baking. Dave and his wife Nancy live in the Kansas City area. They have three children and two grandchildren.
