Rheology Laboratory
The Rheology Laboratory is equipped to evaluate oilseeds, whole grain, milled products, and finished products in a quality control environment. The lab includes equipment such as Pacific Gardner colorimeter, Falling Number apparatus, and Glutomatic gluten washing machine. The Rheology Laboratory also includes instruments to measure the rheological properties of wheat products such as a farinograph, mixograph, alveograph, and extensograph.
