Welcome back to an exciting August video update. As the summer winds down, the video work has not slowed in the least. On top of the usual summer courses, webinars, and events, NCI also hosted its first conference. The Ancient Grains Conference was held on July 20, 2022, at the Oliver Kelley Farm in Elk River, MN.
