USA Dry Peas and Lentils Council

Thunyaporn Naggie Jeradechachai, NCI Crop Quality Specialist, provided technical consulting for the USA Dry Peas and Lentils Council in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines from March 2-16, 2014. She visited snack makers, bakeries and other food manufacturers to promote the use of pulses, and to help provide solutions to their current problems.
