Representative of the Nisshin Mills, Japan visits

A representative of the Nisshin Mills, Japan, came to Northern Crops Institue to learn more about the 2013 wheat crops. He was hosted by Jim Peterson and Erica Olson of the North Dakota Wheat Commission.
