Farewell reception for Dr. Kow Ching (Sam) Chang

A farewell reception was held at NCI for Dr. Kow Ching (Sam) Chang, who accepted the position of Chair of the Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion at Mississippi State University in Starkville. He will officially begin his new position on July 1.  Dr. Chang has been a faculty member at NDSU for over 25 years and made tremendous accomplishments in the field of Food Science, particularly in soybean, protein, and functional foods research.  Dr. and Mrs. Chang (center) are pictured with Bob Sinner (left), SB&B Foods; Deland J.
