Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST) Convenience Food Expo

Thunyaporn Naggie Jeradechachai, (left), NCI Crop Quality Specialist, and David Hahn, (third from left), NCI Technical Director, traveled to China for the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST) Convenience Food Expo at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, China, in early September. They both presented at the U.S.–China Food Ingredients Workshop, sponsored by CIFST, USDA FAS Agricultural Trade Office, and the United States Department of Agriculture.
