All About Baking short course

Natsuki Fujiwara, NCI Food Technologist, attended the All About Baking short course at AIB International, Manhattan, Kan. This course provided both theoretical and technical information on baking various products including tortillas, sweet dough, cakes, and donuts. Twenty participants from domestic food companies participated in the course to learn the basics of baking.
