Course Overview:

Join the Northern Crops Institute (NCI) for our hybrid Grain Industry Emerging Leader Program: Management vs. Leadership. This course will cover and compare management vs. leadership strategies as they apply to grain elevator management.

Who Should Attend:

This course will be available for current grain elevator staff looking to expand their skill-set in a managerial area, in this case specifically in business management.

This is a hybrid course, meaning participants can either attend in-person or online. Please choose one of these options during the checkout process. For your course fee, you will receive access to lectures and demonstrations.

Should you request to cancel your registration prior to the registration deadline, NCI will provide a refund, less a 10% processing charge. Cancellation requests received after the registration deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
