Pasta Production and Technology Course

Twenty-four pasta manufacturers from Canada, Guatemala, Mexico, Nigeria and USA attended the Pasta Production and Technology Course that was held April 9-11 at Northern Crops Institute. This course is designed to showcase the high quality durum wheat that is produced in the four-state region of North Dakota, Minnesota, Montana, and South Dakota. NCI has offered this course annually since 1984. North Dakota is the #1 producer of durum wheat. North Dakota State University has the only durum breeding program in the nation.
