Responsibilities: Conducts quality analysis of northern grown crops with special focus on wheat, soybeans and barley, assists in the development of new products and processes utilizing northern grown crops especially wheat, soybeans and barley, and assists in the development and implementation of NCI’s educational programs especially those with wheat, soybeans and barley.
Education: B.S in Food Science, North Dakota State University
Experience: Worked as a Quality Assurance Summer Intern at Dakota Growers Pasta Company, New Hope, MN, in 2010. Worked as a Student Lab Assistant in NCI from 2009-2010.
