Responsibilities:
Main duties include but are not limited to operating Wenger Twin Screw Extruder, maintaining equipment vital to daily operation at NCI, and keeping inventory of all ingredients and equipment used at NCI.  Assists Technical Director when using small scale pilot Durum mill, and offers support when the Fitzpatrick Hammer Mill is utilized.

Education:
B.A. in English, University of North Dakota
B.S. in Sports & Urban Turfgrass Management, North Dakota State University

Experience:
Worked as a Laboratory Assistant at NCI from 2003 – 2005.  Became familiarized with food processing during this time.
