Food Scientist

Responsibilities: Special focus on wheat, soybean and barley. Leads projects in quality analysis of northern-grown crops and their processed products. Leads projects to develop new products and processes with northern grown crops to support market development activities including educational programming and technical service projects. Leads development of GMP, sanitation and HACCP programs for the NCI Laboratories, under the direction of the Technical Director.

Worked as a Quality Assurance Summer Intern at Dakota Growers Pasta Company, New Hope, Minn. in 2010. Worked as a Student Lab Assistant in NCI from 2009-2010.
